Shipping & Return Policy

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

All candles are made and packaged with care. Please allow 3-5 business days (does not include Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) for your order to ship. Production times and shipping times are different.

Once the order has shipped please allow another 2-5 days for arrival. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delays from the USPS happen and they are completely beyond our control. We are not responsible for these delays so please order in plenty of time to receive your order.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Our policy for returns and exchanges lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
